We have just released the long-awaited Tavern… ‘The Scarlet Hearth’ itself! But apart from that, there have been some noteworthy things happening behind the scenes that we would like to showcase today.

Before we kick off this newsletter, DeFi Kingdoms was actually one of the ‘Top Blockchain Games By Volume’ in the last seven days! We cannot thank the community enough, and there is so much more to come.

Tavern Goes Live

The Tavern was released on October 29th at 11 PM EDT. This effectively serves as the marketplace for Heroes in DeFi Kingdoms with purchasing, selling and renting made available.

We have already surpassed over 1,000,000 JEWEL in transactions since the Tavern launched in Beta.

To celebrate launching the Tavern, we hosted a giveaway across our different social media platforms (Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Discord and Telegram). We gave away 10,000 JEWEL and 2,000 Gaia’s tears to 50 winners in total!

Docs Revamp in Progress

Docs are essential for breaking down core features! We have been hard at work revamping our Docs, from adding more sections to making sure everything is well-structured.

New Discord Bot Incoming

We have been working together with other parties to create a Discord bot… but what exactly does this entail?

Imagine being able to tip other users JEWEL with a single command. Or, maybe you would rather view a Hero’s stats and details without having to check out the game.

Well, you will be happy to hear that all of that will be included in the V1 version of our new Discord bot! This will be released sometime this week. Creating a simple tipping system in particular will make it much more fun to interact with the community, host events and more.
